With the implementation of the Fire Protection Special Assessment, effective July 1, 2010, any residents who carry a “rider” for additional fire-run coverage on their standard homeowner’s insurance policy, may contact their insurance carrier to discuss the removal of the “rider”.<\/p>\n
The interlocal agreement has resulted in a special benefit for the Township Residents. Township residents are entitled to receive the City of Lapeer rate for an Annual Pass (no other benefit applies). Anyone interested in an Annual Pass should contact the Community Center with questions at 664-4431, Monday -Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm<\/p>\n
