Please Note: Section 3.02 of the Township Zoning Ordinance requires Township residents to obtain a zoning permit before constructing any structure within the Township. The Township’s definition of structure generally includes (but is not limited to) buildings, manufactured homes, per-manufactured units, modular units, swimming pools and similar items. See Zoning Ordinance Section 3.02 and Section 22.01 (definition of “structure”).
